Changed: Decreased the MAXACTORS and MAXSTATS lower limit to 50.
Fixed: Resize issue causing the map tools to disappear
Fixed: WDC would freeze and crash when using certain map zoom settings and drawing the grid was enabled.
Fixed: Installer now requests admin execution level.

Several additions and fixes.

Added: Line drawing tool for the map editor. Hold shift to force diagonal. (shodan) [#24]
Added: Toggleable grid lines. (pst) [#21]
Added: Adjustable sample rate for digital sounds. Currently 7042, 9009, and 11111 Hz. [#19]
Fixed: Holding two mouse buttons down on the map editor simultaneously could cause problems.
Fixed: EGA area name chunks export now. [#4]
Fixed: Replacing a new chunk whose file had been deleted would cause the entry to be deleted anyway and the next one replaced instead. (shodan) [#23]
Fixed: Winsock code was now reporting HTTP error 301 when checking for an update on the site. Now using WinInet code instead. (Hydropolis) [#26]
Fixed: Exporting Super Noah 3D's 4000 byte end screens would raise an error. (Hydropolis) [#27]
Changed: Updated the folder select dialog to use the modern interface. (Hydropolis) [#25]
Changed: Decreased the MAXDOORS lower limit to 16. (Hydropolis) [#28]

Some minor changes and fixes:

Added: Cancel confirmation on map symbol editor.
Fixed: Can now import multiple map files that would go beyond the last map slot.
Fixed: Rare overflow error when the opening Project Information screen.
Fixed: When choosing to save as a copy instead of the base map symbol files, changes were still being written to the base map symbol file, not the copy.

Fixed: Reads lump names for PK3/WAD export correctly when the file has DOS/Windows line endings.
Fixed: Test map generation now includes keys.
Added: Project setting to allow sprites to be larger than a page in size (up to 65535 bytes).
